Spring/Fall Lawn Clean Up

In the spring, the lawn is dethatched and cleaned up of debris that accumulates throughout the winter months. Fall clean up will consist of a final mowing, along with landscape beds being blown out, sticks are picked up, and all leaves and debris is vacuumed up and hauled out.

 

Lime/Gypsum Treatments

An annual treatment applied in the fall and recommended every other year. Contains calcium and magnesium- key secondary nutrients that grass plants require in high amounts. These nutrients facilitate nitrogen uptake by the plant and increase root growth. If this service is desired, please note there will be a one time additional charge.

 

Grub Control Treatment

To reduce insect issues that occur on your property, we recommend treating the turf with a granular insecticide to eradicate the larvae and foliar applications. This is an annual treatment, however it can be treated more than once per season if the problem is significant. If this service is desired, please note there will be a one time additional charge.

 

Disease Treatment

Different types of fungi can jeopardize the health and visual appearance of your lawn. We offer a fungicide treatment to combat these diseases, which improves the quality, health, and appearance of your lawn. Applications are typically recommended in the mid-summer months, when the diseases are prone to be more prominent. If this service is desired, please note there will be a one time additional charge.

 

Tree Pruning

Trees are trimmed and pruned within certain size specifications (20 ft in height, 18” in diameter). All trimmings and debris will be cleaned up and hauled off site, unless there is a designated place on the property in which you wish to have it placed.

 

Landscape Weeding and Weed Control

Weeds growing in your landscape beds are addressed with weed pulling and chemical treatment. This service is completed upon request, and billed hourly.

 

Mulching

We offer mulch delivery alone, or delivery and installation on new and existing beds. We offer several different color options and styles, with samples available on request. Our skilled laborers will fill your empty beds to make them look fresh and appealing. This service is completed upon request, and billed hourly.
